Julia Vance (Bradley)

Julia Vance (Bradley), aged 63 of PA, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, October 29, 2016. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Junkin; siblings, Merlin Bear, Phillip Kluiter Jr., Phyllis McCarthy, Marshall Bradley and Sandra Skinner. Julia is survived by her husband, Kevin Teribery; son, Shawn (Alyssa) Vance; eight grandchildren; siblings, Debbie (Bob) Shaw, Chris (Robin) Bear, Peggy Smith, Renee (Jimmy) Scarberry, Luie (Elaine) Bradley, Irv Bradley, Mark Homrich, Mike Lobdell; and many nieces and nephews. Julia was an amazing lady who fulfilled her dream of being a clown known as “Jewels”. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Friday from 12-2 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. Memorial contributions may be made to Family House of Pittsburgh or UPMC Transplant Services.

life is so short as it is but my sister enjoyed every minute of it to the fullest is how I remember her. I remember when she was is school she made a huge vase it was so big on the way home it got broke and she said she would repair humpty dumpty and to this day I tell that sill makes me laugh she had a care free way about her whitch made her special .love you sis

She was a gift, my cousin Julie, who passed away in the morning, she was my hero in many ways, her friendship, her gentleness and love of and for her family, smile and sense of humor, par excellance'. her gritty steadfastness in our lord, who she says has visited her on several occasions. one of which was for her new lung, it became "hers" when an angel in the night relayed the message that it was hers to love, and she did. my condolences to her family, sons, daughters, grand kids, sisters, brothers and cousins, any and all who may be heavy of heart this day. Kevin, bless you for the many years you spent with her, another angel visit and told her that Jesus sent you to be by her side, as her soul mate. I know how much she loved you for being you.
