Judith Ann Carmer

Judith Ann Carmer, aged 75 of Kentwood, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 10, 2018 and is now rejoicing in Heaven. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald. She is survived by her sons, Greg and Jodi Carmer, Todd and Jody Carmer; grandchildren, Ashley and Ray, Heather and Brandon, Samantha and John, Drew, Logan, Nick Hopkins; eight great grandchildren and one expected; siblings, Jackie and Bob Black, Tom and Maxine Tompkins, Cheryl and Howard Perry, Sandra Tompkins; many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Judy enjoyed her 25 plus years at Rogers Department Store. She was very supportive of her family and watched countless sporting events of her children and grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 14, at 2:00 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1-2 pm prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Medilodge of Wyoming.

I knew Judy through my sister (Sue Willard) who also worked at Rogers. She was a very nice happy person, always greeted me warmly. Sorry to hear of her passing. She will be missed. My condolences to the family.
