McCORMICK- Juanita Hazel McCormick, age 82, of Middleville, went home to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Lesta Hurst; her daughter, Robin Wilson and sister, Mary Jean. She is survived by her daughters, Debra (Carl) Tiemeyer, Juanita (Charles) Gingrich, Lori (Scott) Crossman, Melinda (Joseph) Johnson; her grandchildren, Dustin Tiemeyer, Rachel Haney, Christopher Gingrich, Emily Gary, Katherine Gingrich, Jillian Crossman, Carter Crossman, Tyler Johnson, Lindsey Johnson, Nicole Van Heyningen, Aaron VanHeyningen; great grandchildren, Charlie Gary, Ellie Gary, Jorden Trice, Summer Johnson, Autumn Johnson, Raelynn Haney, Liam Haney, Graceyn Haney, Isabelle Garcia, Evan Hernandez, Krystal Hernandez, Alana Hernandez and her faithful companion, Cricket. Juanita's family would like to thank Carveth Village Staff and Lincoln Meadows Senior Apartment staff and residents. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the Lincoln Meadows Senior Apartments (Community Room) 500 Lincoln St. in Middleville.
