Juan Manuel Lopez, age 60, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Juan Jr., Maria, Mirta, Alex, Jordan; 7 grandchildren; mother, Enemecia; 3 sisters and two brothers. Juan was preceded in death by his father, Gilberto. He loved music and enjoyed his time playing in a band. Juan also loved boxing and watching football. A funeral service will be held at 5pm on Thursday, January 12 at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 3138 Birchwood Ave SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Jose Quintana officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 4-5 pm before services at the church.

I can’t even begin to write brother as it hurts me so much how it was years the last time I saw you. We had so many good times that I will always remember. I’ve missed you and I will continue to miss you just know you and your kids are always in mind. I love you brother and I will on your behalf keep up with your kids they are what you left me of you. I’m sorry how life changed our lives. But, I know you are now in happy place and able to see me and be my side. I love you forever brother.
