Joyce Arlene Mesman, age 86, of Hudsonville, and formerly of Hull, Iowa, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 28, 2019.  Preceded in death by her husband, Pete; son, Douglas Mesman; grandson, Eric Mesman; brother and sister-in-law, Gerace and Clarice VandeGriend, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Henry Koning, Martin and Nell Mesman, Gerald Mesman, John Blom. Lovingly remembered by her children, Sheri and Kenneth Larsen, Michael and Julie Mesman, Kathy Visser and Mick Donelen, Darlyn Mesman; grandchildren, Destiny Larsen, Lindsey Mesman, Jesse and Heather Mesman, Brittany and Bryant Van’t Hof, Colton Mesman, Korey and Tara Visser, Jamey and Vicky Visser, Kari Ames, Jeremy Visser, Daniel and Brittany Mesman, Tyler Mesman, Conner Mesman; many great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Myrna Koning, Veralyn and Mert Plender, Lila and Donald Boer; sisters-in-law, Elsie Van Essen, Ann Blom, many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 11:00 am at Georgetown Christian Reformed Church with Rev. Marc Nelesen officiating.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Wednesday from 10-10:50 am at the church prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Western Christian School (Hull, Iowa).
