Joyce Marie  Offley, age 88, of Stanwood, joined her loved ones in heaven on Thursday, July 10, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Kelly and Wayne “Ted” Offley; children, Stacey, Mark, and Steven DeWeese, Doreen Johnson, and Brian Kelly.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Colleen and Jim Lomonaco, David and Wendy DeWeese; daughter-in-law, Lisa Murphy, Joanne DeWeese; son-in-law, Don Johnson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; step sons, Todd and Laurie Kelly, Kevin Kelly; brothers and sister, Ron Smith, Gary and Ruth Smith, Linda Betts; many nieces and nephews. Joyce spent her life as an original pioneer woman with a passion for her family, gardening, sewing, and crocheting. Her love for hosting parties and pig roasts truly stood out to those who attended her events. It's lovely to remember her square dancing with Ted, and her enjoyment of cribbage and dice with friends and family. Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, July 17, 2025  at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood.  Burial will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 10-11am at the funeral home prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Michigan or American Heart Assoc.
