She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Houck; daughter, Kristi Van Hoven; parents, Bernard (Marian) Voss and Gertrude (Ray) Goff; sisters, Nella Voss, Helen Vos; brother, David Voss. Joyce is survived by her daughter, Vicki (David) Shellen; son-in-law, Robert Van Hoven; grandchildren, Hannah (Raleigh) Rosales, Heather Van Hoven, David (Andrea) Van Hoven, Matthew (Sir Ling) Shellen, Brandon (Katie Gervais) Shellen; great grandchildren, Roman Rosales, Eaton Shellen; brothers, Don (Lavonne) Voss, Allen Sallik, Randy (Sherry) Voss, Jerry (Susan Stalsonburg) Voss, Garry (Holly) Voss; sisters, Sandy (Charles) Kreive and Cookie Huyser.
