Our precious angel, Joshua Michael Meeks, of Wyoming, died June 12th, 2018. He was born November 7, 1989 to Bonnie Darlene Stevens and Kevin Wayne Meeks in Grand Rapids, MI. He attended Lakewood schools and graduated from Lakewood High School in 2009. While Joshua wasn't a remarkable student, he was a remarkable friend and loved by his teachers. Joshua is preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Stevens, and Grandmother, Mary Stevens. He is survived by his parents Kevin & Amy Meeks, Grandparents, Bill & Jeanene Meeks, Brothers Collin & Jordan Bustance and his sisters Sabrina & Anabelle Bustance, numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends. Josh had a passion for music and loved playing the guitar. He had a love-hate relationship with the Lions, as any good Michigander does. Joshua had a way with shaping paper into incredible designs that were just short of origami masterpieces. He had an amazing kind heart and found much joy in helping others, no matter the circumstances. He wasn't ever afraid to get his hands dirty to get the job done. Josh was happiest when he was spending time with his family and especially helping his Grandfather around the house. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM, Friday, June 15, 2018 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel -Wyoming, 3131 S. Division Ave. Wyoming, MI.
