It's been a while since Joe and I had last spoke... I never had the guts to ask you to prom in high school either. I wish I could've told you my feelings for you... we would always hang out after school, playing uno, I could never beat you!!! I love you, Joseph Robbert Kibbey. You will be missed

— Bertha O'connor

I'll always remember the endless games of uno sitting at the kitchen table when I would come to visit. I couldn't be more grateful that you not only chose to be our grandpa, but you did it with so much love and dedication that nobody would ever know you weren't. We love you so much, thank you for everything grandpa.

— Alyssa Holtzlander

Joe was a gentleman. I got to know him most on the Bissell Golf League. The thing he taught me about golf was to start each round with a new set of balls. I have been following his advice for many years now. I will need to catch up with him the next time a round of golf is played.

Thanks for being a great step father for many years and giving us our brother Rick and being a co worker with me at Bissell AL those years. Rhinda.

Joe will be very missed. While I haven't seen him a very long time, I have very good memories of working with him at BISSELL. He welcomed me as a young female engineer, helped me and became a great friend. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
