MARTIN - Joseph "Lil Joe" Charles Martin age 34 passed away Monday, August 29, 2016. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Brunk. Surviving are his mother, Kathleen Hoffman (Dennis Rairigh Sr.); children, Kyla Martin and Joseph Martin II; brothers, Dennis Rairigh, Paul (Jennifer) Rairigh; and his close knit group of friends. Joseph loved his kids and had a great love for the outdoors, he enjoyed fishing and camping. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in Lil Joe's memory may be made to the Kent County Humane Society.
