Joseph Lane Reidt

Joseph Lane Reidt, age 57, of Grand Rapids, was called home to be with his Heavenly Father and Savior on Thursday, October 10, 2024. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 32 years, Lori; children, Jessica (Cody) Ketchum, Joseph, Daniel, Matthew, Bretten, and Kayla; siblings, Brad Drollinger, Larry (Doreen) Reidt, Scott (Consuello) Drollinger, Dawn Drollinger, Shawn (Jerry) Foster, Micky (Frank) Cronk, Tommy Drollinger, Debbie (Derk) VerBerg, and Thomas Drollinger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles David Drollinger (best friend) and Mildred Marie Drollinger; brothers, Lyle Reidt and Allien Lorenzo. Joe loved planning and going on trips, was a huge Beatles fan, a wholehearted caregiver to anyone that needed care and a friendly person to anyone that he met. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 am on Tuesday, October, 15, 2024, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1935 Plymouth Ave SE (Burton & Plymouth) Grand Rapids, MI, with Father Troy Nevins presiding. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Monday, October 14 from 6-8 pm  with a Rosary at 7:30 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood and on Tuesday from 10-11 am prior to the service at the church.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Tunnel to Towers.
