Joseph Falarski

Joseph Falarski, age 88, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, December 27, 2015. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Florence (Hoople) Falarski; his children, Deborah Haskins, Joseph Falarski II, Paul Falarski, Thaddeus and Maria Falarski; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII in the South Pacific. Along with his brothers, he was a former owner of Falarski Meat Products and most recently a maintenance supervisor at Oven Fresh Bakery. A graveside service will be held on Thursday 2 pm at Grandville Cemetery, 3570 Prairie SW, Grandville.

Please accept my most sincere condolences. Debbie,Joe, Paul and Thad. The blessing and burden of getting older is slowly losing ones you love. With the passing of your Father, my Uncle, it is sad to see the past fade away. In an eerily odd strange way, lives connect and intertwine with each other. Paul and this one girl went through school together, their whole life...now she is my wife and my life. Bizarre. I wish you all comfort and closure. As always, my best wishes to everyone.
