John Stegewans

John Jacob Stegewans, aged 60, of Wyoming, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 25, 2025. John enjoyed collecting and being a “picker”. His interests were history, WWII memorabilia, coins and whatever interests his family might share with him. He also enjoyed classic rock and coffee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Bernita Stegewans. He will be lovingly remembered by his fiancée, Gail Henner; siblings, Randy and Michele Stegewans, Mike Stegewans, Cheryl and Chris Van’t Hof; and many nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Burial will take place at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Big Rapids. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Kent County Animal Shelter.
