John Norton

John Edward Norton, age 68, of Jenison, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. John was a gentle soul and a great man of faith who loved ministering to others. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife and best friend of 32 years, Linda Ruth (Van Dam) Norton; son, Dan and Nicole Dunfee; grandchildren, Harrison Dunfee, and Aidan Dunfee; siblings, Laura Norton, Susie Norton, Debbie (Rick) Lampani, Denise (Pat) Johnson, Louie (Shelly) Norton, Val (Claudette) Norton; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jim (Susan) Van Dam, Kathy (Sam) Pisciotta, Carol (Tim) DeHaan; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Calvin Bergsma officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Georgetown Christian Fellowship Church.
