John Michael Palmer

John Michael Palmer “Classic”, Age 59, of Traverse City, Michigan, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 20th 2019. He was Preceded in death by his Partner of 20 years, Robyn Burrell; Father, Eugene Palmer; Mother, Ann Palmer (Martin).  He will be dearly missed by his Son, Eric Palmer; Step Sons, James Burrell, Larry Cory, David Burrell; Step Daughter, Christine Burrell; Sister, Yvonne Palmer; Brothers, William Palmer, Robert Palmer; Great Nephew, Krystian Palmer; Great Niece, Lexi Palmer; 8 Nieces and Nephews and many Grandchildren. John valiantly served his Country in the U.S. Navy during the early 80’s. His Favorite hobby was Wood Crafting and you could often catch him jamming to Classic Rock and strumming on the “Air Guitar”.  John cherished his time boating to Beaver Island with his brothers and countless fishing trips…..FISH ON! .....FISH ON! We are inviting you to come together on Saturday, August 24, 2019, @ 11:30 a.m. (850 Duell Rd. Traverse City) to remember the wonderful, forever lasting print John has left in our lives. We will be hosting a BBQ, as John would have, immediately to follow. If you would like to make contributions, please do so by bringing your best BBQ side dish.
