John Michael McGee aged 66 passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 5, 2019 surrounded by his family and friends while they shared memories and prayers. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Robbie Lee McGee. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Vicky; son, Shayne McGee; grandson, Xander; brothers, William (Michelle) McGee, Robert (Donna) McGee; sisters, Robbie Lee (Michael) Varsava, Margaret (Michael) Sullivan; many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Mike retired from Amway Corporation after over 35 years of service. He was a car fanatic and had an avid love of sports especially golf and bass fishing. Mike had a great sense of humor and never lacked sharing his opinion which always made him the life of the party. A celebration of Mike's life will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 8, 2019 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Belmont, 1601 Post Dr., NE., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
