HODGES - Mr. John A. Hodges, Jr., aged 54 of Shelbyville, went to be with his maker Wednesday, November 17, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sally Vote and John Hodges, Sr.; and father-in-law, Richard Martz, Sr. Surviving are his wife of 31 years, Dawn; children, Jennifer (Andy) Grabau, Rick (Sarah) Hodges, Jason Hodges (fiancee', Terrie Boerema); grandchildren, Aubree Hodges, Daniel and Raven Grabau; brothers, Terry Hodges, Michael Hodges, David Hodges, Mark Vote; sisters, Dawn Taylor, Donna Hodges. John was a veteran of the US Army. A memorial gathering will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 21 at the Wayland VFW, 735 South Main.
