John Edward Bryan Sr.

John “Peanut” Bryan Sr., age 67, of Sparta, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 and is now home with Jesus. John was a kind and loving husband, dad, grandpa, and brother.  He was a hard worker who was blessed with a strong work ethic. He was a construction worker for Sherriff-Goslin roofing for 30 years. John was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother, his step grandson, Albert Cazier Jr.; mother, Virginia Lyons; brother, Rob Bryan; his beloved dog, Bella. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Cindy Bryan; children, Heather Bryan, Diana (Micah) Lambert, John (Lisa) Bryan Jr.; his “fur” children, Ben and Baby Belle; step daughter, Angela (Will) Axe; grandchildren, Tyler, Austen, Cassandra, Dylan, Christian, JJ, Laura, Emma; step grandchildren, Jaydon, Kaila, Mykah, Makayla, Zach, Chris; sister, Claudea (Scott) Kilgallon; special family friend, “uncle” Bill; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Diana (Bret) Johnson, Julie (Steve) Morr, Herb (Bonnie) Clifton, John (Sherry) Clifton, Ralph Johnson; step sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Michelle Zell, Greg Clifton; many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. At John’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be no services held at the funeral home.
