DONALDSON - Mr. John M. Donaldson, aged 53 of Grand Rapids, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon. Surviving are his wife, Charlene "Nina"; children, David D. Donaldson, John G. Donaldson, Joe (Jamie) Dickson, Tomi Dickson, Rebecca (Andy) VanLear, Chad (Melissa) Dickson; grandchildren, Chad Jr., Chase, Cameron, Davonne, Shakira, Ashley, Roberto, Maylena, Brianna, Christopher, Cameron, Josalyn, Joey, Dylan, Sophia Ann; great grandchildren, Davonne Jr., Eddie, Gabby, Ninaleah; mother, Evelyn Donaldson; brothers, Dan (Patty) Donaldson, Mike (Terri) Donaldson; sisters, Bonnie Donaldson, Betty Donaldson; special family friends, Tanya Arziola, Courtney Dillon. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, March 2 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. The family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the service. Interment Garfield Park Cemetery.
