Jerry Herbert Thompson

Mr. Jerry Herbert Thompson aged 79, of Dorr, Mi. went to be with his Lord on Sunday, April 11th, 2021. Jerry will be remembered for his love of family and friends, and was an avid Dale Earnhardt fan back in the day and would keep you playing dominoes forever. He was preceded in death by his parents Helen Thompson and Gerald Thompson. Stepfather Bernell Thompson, brother David Thompson and sister Vivian Krause and step sister Barb Thompson. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Stephanie (Wisniewski); his 5 children Laurie (Bryan) Zeeryp, Tracy (Mark) Bivins, Carrie (Ron) Bush, Rick Thompson and significant other Lisa, Christy (Gabe) Garcia. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren. His brother Merle (Leslie) Thompson,sister Joyce Haywood, half- brothers and sisters Randy (Jody) Thompson, JoAnn (Ken) Cote, Ann Dolbee. And step sister Linda McMann. Also survived by his 97 year old mother-in-law Bette M. Baker who he called every morning at 10:00 for years. Cremation will take place on 4/13/21 and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
