Jenny Lyn Julien, age 63, of Wyoming, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025. She enjoyed the outdoors, enjoyed fast cars, was passionate about her cats, loved music and its lyrics, and her artistic endeavors such as painting and rock hunting. Jenny was also a talented seamstress and designer who loved fashion shows. She brought her talent and creativity to everything she touched. She was preceded in death by her mother, Josephine Welsh, father, Anthony (Tony) Julien, and brother, Timothy Julien. Jenny will be lovingly remembered by her children and grandchildren, Christina Frank (Zachary Karnisz), Tonya and Robert Mead (Blake Vandenhout); additional family members including Danny Welsh, Sam and Kendra Welsh, Trisha Julien, Sheryl Julien, Brett Julien, Tonya Julien; and many nieces and nephews, cousins. A family service will be planned in the future.

Grandma, where do I start you were and will always be an inspiration to me you went through the lowest of lows and still managed to keep on fighting every single day. No matter how bad the circumstances were or how bad you felt any day you always brought out the joy of everybody you were around and could always make someone laugh at any time. I will always respect the fact that you never cared what other people thought and you were never afraid to say wants on your mind. I will miss the long talks we had and listening to you rant about your day, or rock hunting, paintings you did ect… I love you so very much and miss you even more I can speak for me momma and auntie that we can rest easy knowing you are no longer in pain, love your grandson - Blake Vandenhout

Mommy, you are my best friend. You were my shoulder to cry on and the woman in my life I look up to. I'm not sure how to go on without you. I love you more than ever, thank you for being the best mother, for offering the best advice, always supporting me without judgement and always showing grace. I will cherish every moment I had with you but it will never be enough. Love you always and forever, love your baby girl!!!
