HOLTZLANDER- Mr. Jeffrey David Holtzlander age 44 passed away on April 29, 2017. He was preceded in death by mother, Terry Kibbey. He is survived by his wife, Jelka, father Joseph Kibbey; children, Jacob Holtzlander, Alyssa Holtzlander; sister, Denise Mattson; nephew, Kyle Mattson; brother, Richard Kibbey; close cousin, Brenda (Carlos) Rodriguez. A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont, MI.
