Jeffery Peterson

Jeffery Alan Peterson, age 56, of Rockford, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Peterson. Jeffery is survived by his children, Tyler, Ashley and Leah; former wife and close friend, Jill Peterson; mother, Rosemary Peterson, brother, Ralph Peterson; sisters, Sue (Bob) Marquedant, Pamela Peterson, Laura (Kevin) McReynolds, Joyce Peterson. Jeff was a Navy CB veteran and a retired fire fighter of the Grand Rapids Fire Department. He was a man of strong faith in God. His life was dedicated to his family and serving others. He will be remembered for his hard work, perseverance, and all of the laughter and good memories he created with loved ones. Funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM Monday, April 17, 2016 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont. The family will greet relatives and friends from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on Monday.
