Jean VanderSteen

Jean G. (Riemersma) VanderSteen was born in the Netherlands on May 21, 1940, and entered Heaven on January 5, 2025. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Dirk; daughters, Joy (Bob) Engelsman, Deb (Mark) Lenters, Cheryl (BJ) Westra; grandchildren; and extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Fairway Christian Reformed Church, 1165 44th St. SW, Jenison, 49428 with Pastor Jeremy Rhodes officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 9:30-11 am at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers and in honor of Jean, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Fairway CRC Outreach.
