TRAPANI - Jean Alice Trapani aged 57 went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 2, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Salvatore "Sam" and Naomi Trapani; brothers, Jerry DiTrapani, Andy and Joe Trapani, Tom Cook; sister-in-law, Dolly Trapani. Surviving are her brothers and sisters, Arlene (Ray) Schulte, Anthony Trapani, Vincenza Pellerito, Dorothy (Dave) Spruit, Harry Cook, John (Angel) Cook, Richard (Clarice) Cook; sisters-in-law, Betty-Lou DiTrapani, Dawn Cook and Rose Trapani; many loving nieces and nephews, including special nieces, Brenda (David) Hanson, Lori (Mike) Henry, Angela (Alex) Diesel; special great nephews and nieces which Jeanie always enjoyed spending time with, Michael (fiancee Andrea Grimes), Amber and Merissa Henry, Danyell Wert, Tasha, Kayla and Aaron Hanson; great great nephew and niece, Caeyden and Khloe Henry. Jeanie was active with the South Campus at Hope Network for many years. She enjoyed the friends, caregivers and living at Ida Red Home in Sparta. Jeanie was always happy, laughing enjoying activities and life, she made the most of every opportunity. Part of her legacy is being a Gift of Life Organ Donor, giving of herself so others can enjoy life as much as she did. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Thursday, July 7, 2011 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 3215 Four Mile Rd NE. Her family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday from 6 to 8PM at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at church.
