Jean LaVerne Weed, age 85, of Caledonia went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, January 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Hughes; son, Raymond Hughes; parents: John and Hilda Emery Taylor; brothers: John, Emmet, Robert, Leonard; sisters: Marian, Catherine and Marcella. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Larry Weed; daughters: Michele and Dan Gregory, Valeri and Dan Tase, Carla and Kevin Smutz; 7 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. According to Jean’s wishes, cremation has taken place with inurnment at Lakeside Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
