Jean Elaine Berendsen, age 88, of Wyoming, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, March 7, 2020. Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved taking care of her children. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Laurie and granddaughter, Nicole Jean Wilson. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 70 years, Louis; children, Lynne and Frank Schwartz, Rhonda and Grayson Wilson, James and Kelly Berendsen, Amy and Tom Gillooly; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A special thanks to Jean’s wonderful caregivers, Julee Sabin and Kimmy Piper.
