Janet Kent

Janet Louise Kent, age 74, of Grand Rapids, passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 25, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest “Bob” Kent; and her brother, Richard Dawley. She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Beverly Bouts, Sandra Orr, Saundra Scott, Lorrane Clark; sisters-in-law, Patricia Beemer, Alexandra Dantuma; stepdaughter, Vickie Marsh; nieces and nephews; and several dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor David Balicki officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Saturday from 1-1:45 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
