Janet Elaine Ledger

Janet Ledger, age 79, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years, Jack; children, Daniel and Heather Ledger, Christopher and Stephany Ledger, Julie Ledger and Dave Huisman; grandchildren, Aaron Ledger, Adam Ledger, Aiden, Lillianne, Eva, Madelyn, and Ethan Wabeke, Garrett, Jackson, and Caleb Huisman; one great grandchild on the way, Sebastian Ledger; siblings, Barb Moomey, Linda Barber, James and Linda Hinken, David Hinken; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Jan was preceded in death by her brothers-in-law, Jerry Moomey and Dan Barber. A funeral service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 1601 Post Drive NE, Belmont. Burial will be held at Rosedale Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family one hour prior to the start of the service from 10-11am. Those who wish may make a memorial contribution to the charity of their choice.
