TAWNEY - James M. Tawney, age 65, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016. He was preceded in death by his son, Douglas and his sister-in-law, Vallejo Noffsinger. James is survived by his wife of 27 years, Linda; children: Patrick (Nichole) Gilbert, Jennifer (Todd) Scott; daughter-in-law, Melissa Tawney; grandchildren: Tarra Gilbert, Patrick Yonker, Ashli Gilbert, Andrea Gilbert, Ayden James, Logan Scott, Cody Scott, Shelby Unger, Sydney Valliere, Seamus Tawney; great grandchildren, Julian and Addilynd; brother, Dennis (Sharon) Tawney, sister, Marcia Tawney, also surviving are his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jay (Shirley) Reeb, Vicki (Al) Cordes, Dennis Noffsinger; and his best friend and companion, Gus. James retired from Knape and Vogt after more than 40 years of service.
