Papa Jim was a good Man. The kind of man others looked up to, the kind of leader everyone wanted to talk to. Thank you for hiring me! He treated company like it was his own. He led by example. He was true role model and example of service leadership. He was a veteran in the truest sense, who made us all better by the way he lived. He wasn’t just a company man. He was the example of what it meant to take pride in your work, to lead by doing, not by talking. He set the standard, and the rest of us tried to follow. I remember when When Amway Ukraine celebrated its one year of operations, Papa Jim was there at every session and he was a guest! There won’t be another like Papa Jim. He was one and only. I was honored to know you and I will never forget you. My condolences to your family and loved ones. Rest in peace... Elena Polischuk (Sabry)

My heart is broken. I have just found out. In his last Christmas letter to me, papa Jim told me ”I will always and forever be so very proud of my Romanian Daughter!” He was my Christmas miracle, my dad from far away, my biggest supporter and encourager. I will miss so much our annual personal updates. So much. Papa Jim was one of those people that blessed the Earth with his being. His legacy remains strong in so many countries and in the hearts of so many people all over the world. Rest in peace, papa Jim and please wait for my letter, as I will keep writing to you around Christmas time. Ask God to let the messages come to you. As always, Your Wonder Woman, Monica.

Dearest Papa Jim, I can't express myself enough on how you influenced me and my life! From the job interview moment I fell in love with Amway company and you as its representative. Your kindness, support, trust, belief and care about people around you made it such a special one to be there with you. Your little encouragement notes around the office on Stolichne shosse in Kyiv, your words Terrific, Love ya - so many moments we have been together is cherishing now my heart. I smile when I am thinking about you. You are a legend, true and caring friend, real Papa and amazing person. Rest in peace. From Olena and your Ukrainian family
