James French

James L. French passed away December 21, 2016 of natural causes at the age of 77. He was the love of his wife Jackie French's life for 58 years. He is survived by his sister, Alvaretta (Cookie) and Larry Eastman. He was a wonderful father to Jamie and Cecil Miller, Kelly and Brad Peterson, Joe and Tracy French. To his Grandchildren, Clayton and Alexander (AJ) Severson, Jackie Peterson, Jessica Johnson, Shyanne French, and his great granddaughter, Miyah Johnson he was just Papa, always smiling. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Roxanne; mother, Martha Haskill; father, Al French, and brother Robert French. He was so very loved by all his nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and family and will be very missed. Frenchie loved life and could be found hunting, fishing, trap shooting, spending time with his family, and watching Nascar with Jackie. There will be a celebration of his life sometime this summer and details of the event will follow as the time gets closer. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
