James Edward Kazmer

James Edward Kazmer, age 73, of Fraser, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on October 27, 2024, while traveling in Thailand. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He loved to travel and spend time with his family.

Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Janet; son, Scott (Vivian) Kazmer; granddaughter, Zarah Quinn Kazmer; stepdaughter: Lisa (Kyle) Nirganakis and her children: Kaylin, Lucas, Lily, Kevin; brothers: Warren (Ruth), Tom (Kathy), Rick, Dave (Sheryl), Mark (Karen); many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Betty Kazmer.

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service was held in Warren, Michigan.

No amount of words can express how much you will be missed. You always knew how to make me laugh, and smile, even when I thought I didn’t want to.
