Jacob Nicholas Jackson, age 25, of Wyoming MI, passed unexpectedly Friday, June 4, 2021. Jacob was a loving “dada” to his 3-year-old son, Arlo, and as a big kid at heart, connected effortlessly as a fun uncle to his niece and nephew. Jacob was an avid reader, dog lover, and his boisterous laughter would fill any room. He lived for adventure and kept his travels simple – a book and a backpack were often all he needed. As Jacob grew into adulthood, his caring nature became evident in the kindness and helping hand he would extend to others, even strangers, without judgment. He will be dearly missed by his father, Nick Jackson; mother, Amy Schubeck; sisters and brothers, Ainsley & Nick Sullivan, Alaisha Jackson, Joshua Jackson, Gabriel Schubeck Ralph; niece, Eliana Gomez; nephew, Luciano Gomez; grandparents, John & Fran Voreis, Donna Schubeck; aunts and uncles, Lisa Jackson, Jennifer Day, Tim & Serena Schubeck, Matt & Sally Schubeck; and several cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 11am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.
