WARD - Mr. Jack Ward aged 71 of Shelbyville passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Una Ward; brothers, Craig and Gary Ward; brothers-in-law, John and Ken Duley. Jack is survived by his wife of 50 years, Virgie; children, Barbara (Jerry) Duron, Kevin (Missie) Ward; grandchildren, Felicia Duron, Cody (Jessica Pickerd) Duron, Sequoia Ward, Katana Ward; great grandchildren, Maurice and Alexia; brother, Larry (Joyce) Ward; sisters, Peggy (Bruce) Holloway, Judy (Terry) Cuperus, Christine Piersma, Deborah Krul; also surviving are his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Rosetta (John) Bancino, Bill (Janet) Duley, Sharon (Harold) Hamblin, Helen (John) Hamblin, Thelma Hoffert, Marilyn Duley and Marcia Ward. Jack was a member of Shelbyville United Methodist Church. He also loved going to flea markets, dealing with antiques, and was known as a watch maker and loved working on both watches and clocks. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Wednesday May 4, 2016 at Shelbyville United Methodist Church, 938 - 124th Ave., Shelbyville. His family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the service at Church on Wednesday. Interment Hill Cemetery in Wayland.
