Hubert J. Russo

Hubert J. Russo, aged 61 of Wyoming, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, May 22, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Marie Russo; brother, Joseph Russo; niece, Raven Aicken; and mother-in-law, Leona Berkenpas. Hubert is survived by his wife of 8 years, Kathy Russo; children, Chris (Kelly) Russo, Angelina Russo, Jesse Wiggins-Russo, Peter (Caitlin) Russo, Amanda (William) Conover, Hubert (Jamie) Russo II, Terence (Crystal) Meeusen, Jessica Rodriguez, Amanda (David) English; 24 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Peter (Diane) Russo; sister-in-law, Laurel Russo; many nieces and nephews; and life-time friends, John Kooiman and Scott Adrainse. Hubert was a devoted and loving husband and father. He loved cars and car shows, especially his Corvette and El Camino. He also enjoyed camping, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. He worked for over 18 years for ACI Parts Plus. Funeral services for Hubert will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at Cutlerville East Christian Reformed Church, 501 – 68^th Street SE, Grand Rapids with Rev. William Renkema officiating. Interment Winchester Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Wednesday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. In lieu of flowers, consideration may be made to the needs of the family.
