We only saw Howard 5 or 6 times, but it was enough to know that he was indeed a gracious and very sweet man. Howard also had a great sense of humor. We know he will be greatly missed here, but heaven will be a better place with Howard in it. Dave and Sheila Miller

To Howard's Family: I am so sorry for your loss. As the days and weeks pass, and you return to life's routine, may you be comforted by our ...God and Father of our Lord... the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation through the comfort with which we ourselves are being comforted by God". (2 Cor. 1: 3, 4). Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Please also find comfort in the following: John 11:11 where Jesus said, "...Lazarus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from the sleep." Our Heavenly Father holds out the hope of the resurrection and the ability to see our loved ones again. D. Anderson

Thinking of all of you at this time. I'm sad to say I haven't been able to be around my Michigan family as much as I wish everyday that I could. While it has been some time since I was able to see Uncle Howard, I have always carried with me all of the fun memories of years past. He and Minnie were two very special and beloved people, and they will be missed. However, knowing that he and Aunt Minnie are together again softens and reassures. Their circle is now complete. 😊 Linda & Sandra, I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was quite a guy. Honest, strong, kind, generous, supportive and loving. Could go on forever. 😊 And as a grandfather, it's hard to think of anyone more proud than Howard. The joy that you all brought him was boundless. I know how proud he was of all of his beautiful family. He was always fun to be around-always ready with a smile and a hug. A mark of a wonderful and blessed life. 😊 Michael and I are keeping you all in our hearts and prayers, and wishing you peace. Michael & Colleen Valenti
