Howard F. Andrews

Howard F. Andrews, of Kentwood passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, just one month shy of his 91st birthday. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Jennie Andrews; brother, Jack Andrews; and son-in-law, Roger King.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, of almost 69 years, Muriel; his children, Jennie and David Grimm, Darryl and Kathy Andrews, Janet King; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; several nieces and nephews.  Howard proudly served our country as a member of the United States Navy during WWII.  He was an engineer for the Ford Motor Company, a member of the American Legion Post 0111, Meadville, PA and the Masonic Lodge 0408, Meadville, PA.   A memorial service will be held Sunday at 3:00 pm at Christ Lutheran Church, 2350 - 44th St. SW, Wyoming with Pastor Polly Standley officiating.  Inurnment in Georgetown Cemetery.
