Gordon, Hope Marie Hope Marie (Hansen) Gordon, age 55, of Allendale and Cabo San Lucas passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, June 26, 2014.  Hope will be fondly remembered for her love of the beach, starting in Grand Haven and continuing with her residence in Cabo San Lucas.  She endeared herself to family, friends and those who met her, with her delightful sense of humor.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Kern and Mavis Hansen; brother, Victor Hansen; sisters, Faith and Pamela Hansen; and nephew, Jon Burt.  She will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, Curtis (Carol) Hansen, William (Kimberly) Hansen; her special niece, Cathy (Nick) Frantz; and seven other nieces and nephews; and her life-long friend, Marva Donovan.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Monday from 6-8 PM at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2 PM at Allendale Cemetery with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating.
