Holly Nagelkerk

Holly Sue Nagelkerk aged 44 went to be with her Lord Monday, December 21, 2020.  Holly was born on March 10, 1976. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Evelyn Nagelkerk, Harry and Miriam Mead.  Surviving are her parents, Bill and Harriett Nagelkerk; sister, Heather (Jon) Den Houter; brother, Nathan (Lisa) Nagelkerk; niece, Hope Den Houter; her longtime companion, Gerald Melbourne; and her beloved cat, Lucky; several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.  Holly was a member of Community Christian Reformed Church and was active in her younger years with Campus Life.  She later was involved with Sheldon House and Celebrate Recovery. Also, Community CRC Tuesday AM and Sunday morning Bible studies as well as Brookside CRC “Upper Room Ministry”. Holly spent many years with the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign as a Bell Ringer.  Holly’s family will greet relatives and friends Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 9AM to 11AM at Community Christian Reformed Church, 150 Burt St. SE.  Private family services and interment will follow.  Interment Oak Grove Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in Holly’s memory may be made to her church, Community CRC.  To share a photo, memory and sign the family’s online guestbook please visit www.stegengafuneralchapel.com
