I attended the same church with Herm for a while. He was a special guy and he was easy to love. Many people seem guarded, but he always was so open and honest. Such a pleasure to be around him. I'm glad to have known him. He was truly special and will be missed. Go rest in the arms of Jesus.

It was a Sunday evening service and our church choir was singing Holy is the Lamb(of God) . My oldest Daughter had learned a praise and worship dance for that song. As they were singing the Holy Spirit was strong. She came to me and asked me to take her the front , and I did just that. I knew the Holy Spirit was moving in her soul. My Uncle Herm, laid his hands on her and prayed over her and she received the Holy Ghost. I am so so grateful for that day and grateful to have known Uncle Herm as my Uncle and as a minister. Now he’s resting High on the Mountain with Jesus and his family that have gone on before him.

I can remember cousin Herman well at Apostolic gospel tabernacle on Bellevue street. Leading the song I heard of the million angels singing, a thousand trumpets in God's choir in the air. It is our regret that we cannot be there. For this memorial.Serviwe will be out-of-state for our 48th wedding anniversary. Our prayers go out to the family.
