Brands, Henry John Henry John Brands, age 87, of Grandville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 17, 2012.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 67 years, Lois; their children, Karen and David Saliers, Roger Brands, Jack Brands; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Art Schuiteman, Berdina Lotterman, Arlene Kraai, Phyllis Anderson, Phil and Joanne Lotterman.  Funeral services will be held 11 am on Tuesday at Southwest Protestant Reformed Church, 4875 Ivanrest SW, Grandville, with Professor Ron Cammenga officiating.  Interment Rest Lawn Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hope Protestant Reformed Christian School.
