Herrema, Henry "Herm" Henry “Herm” Herrema, age 86, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 66 years, Thelma Herrema; children, Sheryll and Carl Huzel, Joyce and Duane Marlink, Dennis and Pat Herrema; 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; sisters and brother, Betty and Dick Post, Rich and  Lorraine Herrema, Louise and Richard Zeef, Marge DeBoer; sister-in-law, Shirley Cnossen; many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Herm’s life will be held on Monday 7 pm at Hudsonville Reformed Church, 3950 Highland, Hudsonville, with Rev. Don VanSlyke officiating.  Interment Blain Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 5-7 pm at the church prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hudsonville Reformed Church Building Fund or Spectrum Health Hospice.
