HEARD - Mr. Henry L. Heard Jr., aged 62 passed away Friday, November 17, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gabe and Victoria Heard; brothers, Jerry and David Heard. Surviving are his wife, Sarah Heard; daughter, Dawanna (Lafayette) Gunter; son, Anthony Conley; grandchildren, TaQuasha Guneter, LaFayette Gunter; Brothers, George (Thelma) Heard, of Pontotoc , MS, Richard, Gabe A, Larry B. Heard all of Grand Rapids, MI. Sisters, Mary Townsend, Catherine (Willie) Ware, Linda (Dossie) Randle, Gloria Smith, Carolyn (Gerry Marshall, Christine Flowers, Peggy (Robert) Tinsley all of Grand Rapids, MI., Dorthy Jones of St. Louis MO, Mable Seats of Pickerington, OH; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thank you to his Grace Hospice nurse Cathy and Metro Hospital for all their care and support. A memorial service will be held 1:00PM Friday, November 24, 2017 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Wyoming, 3131 S. Division Ave., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
