Henrietta Van Wingerden

Henrietta “Etta” Holtrop Bosscher Van Wingerden, age 95, of Jenison, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 22, 2020. Etta was a faithful servant of God her whole life. Trained as an RN, Etta cared for her husband, Bob Bosscher, post-polio for 22 years; and in her later years, she cared for her husband, Arie Van Wingerden. Etta’s life was an example to all of trust and faith in God’s providence and care. Etta is survived by her two sons, Rob (Gayle) Bosscher, Tim (Pat) Bosscher; stepsons, Jack Van Wingerden, Dan (Caryl) Van Wingerden, Brian (Yvonne) Van Wingerden; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marideen Holtrop; and many nieces and nephews. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held. A recording will be made of the service and it will be available to view on Friday evening on the MKD website. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sunset Legacy Foundation or Rehoboth Christian School (rcsnm.org).
