Henrietta Bergmans, aged 100, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Jacob Bergmans; sister, Trudy and Chuck Tiesma; brother-in-law, Peter Boomsma; and sister-in-law, Virginia Bergmans. Surviving are her sister, Ruth Boomsma; brother, Jack Bergmans; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Henrietta will be held Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Garfield Park Cemetery with Pastor Steve DeVries officiating.

My condolences to the family. Henrietta was my grandma's best friend. She was a sweet lady. My grandma was Mary Davis. She passed away in Aug. 2013. I spoke with Henrietta shortly after to let her know. She seemed to appreciate that. How wonderful that she "graced" this earth for 100 years. My grandma adored her and missed her terribly after she had to move in with my dad and leave Tamarisk after her stroke. God bless all of you and give you peace. Roberta Davis
