Helen Velting-Baker

Mrs. Helen Velting-Baker aged 89 passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Dena Wierenga; husbands, John Velting and John Baker; sons, Jerry and Johnny Velting: sisters, Barb Rutka and Lois Versluis; brother, Rich VanBelcom. Helen is survived by her brother, Archbishop, Michael Hillis; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, 1200 Post Dr. NE. Helen's family will greet visitors one hour prior to the service and a luncheon will follow the service. Inurnment River Bend Cemetery.
