Heidi Lee VanderGeld-Lingo

VanderGeld-Lingo (Foreman), Heidi Lee Heidi Lee VanderGeld-Lingo, aged 54 of Wyoming, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2014. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betsy VanderGeld; sister, Debby Harper; and brother-in-law, Larry Hursley. Heidi is survived by her husband of 11 years, John Lingo; children, Christopher (Brie) Brubaker, Heather Brubaker (Jason Brandt); grandchildren, Bella, Maggie and Christopher Jr. Brubaker, Emily Sumerix; sisters and brother, Lisa Hursley, Corky (Dawn) VanderGeld, Carrie (Nick) Humphreys; and many nieces and nephews. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 4:00 pm at Resurrection Life Church, 5100 Ivanrest Ave SW, Wyoming. In lieu of flowers, considerations may be made to the needs of the family.

May we not try to understand the why, but treasure ALL of the days of our lives. Children, John, Lisa, Carrie and Corky (and families) we so understand your pain! Though I only got to know her through my brothers passing this summer and Lisa's surgery but she was ready, willing and if you wanted or not she was there to help unless the cats needed her LOL - Rest in Peace dear child of the living God. May our Lord bless and comfort you and your family during this time of grief. Have peace in knowing that Angels are surrounding you. Corky, Lisa and Carrie - I know we haven't seen each other in quite a long time. My heart is truely sadened by the loss of Heidi. I have some great memories from my childhood up at the cottage and at the old house with the pool with all of you. It's very comforting to know that she is now with her mom, sister and my dad. It was to early for you to go to our LORD, maybe it is selfish on our part.
