Harry Allen Hobbs Jr., age 78, of Grandville, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2015 and now joins his wife, Judy of 40 years, who preceded him in 2010.  He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War.  Harry was a kind a gentle man with a great sense of humor. An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed fishing and in his spare time he could often be found tinkering on various projects.  He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Melissa and Kevin Steketee, Nichole and James Maynard; his grandchildren, John, Will, Mason, and Hannah Steketee, Kira and Regan Maynard; and his faithful dog, Zoie.  To celebrate Harry’s life, a memorial visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-3 PM in the Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Memories Building, 4145 Chicago Drive SW (Grandville). In honor of his wife, Judy, memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen West Michigan.
