Harriet Louise (Scott-Waterman) Headworth, age 100, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Allendale, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 24, 2021. She was born in Jenison, Michigan, on August 13, 1920. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lafayette T. Waterman; second husband, Louis Earl Headworth; and stepson-in-law, Don Alexander. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Larry (Lee) Waterman, Lon (Sherry) Waterman; stepdaughter, Ellen Alexander; grandchildren, Terri Lynn (Bill) Cross, Teresa Hundley, Chris (Heidi) Decker, Troy (Fran) Waterman, Todd (Denna) Waterman, Jon (Laura) Decker, Marchelle Decker, Missy (Mark) Fisher, Chad (Sarah) Waterman, Bryce (Lindsey) Waterman; 31 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Scott; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 19, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Life Stream Church, 6561 Lake Michigan Dr., Allendale, with Pastor Jim Maness officiating. The burial will take place at Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday, March 18, from 6-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Allendale) 6651 Scott St. and Friday, from 1-2 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
